SAS was originally established in 1996 to provide best practice services in a community setting with the purpose of making positive and lasting changes for individuals, their families/whanau that are living with the on-going effects of serious injury and health conditions. We work with people of all ages who experience physical, cognitive and developmental challenges.
SAS are people centred, function and wellness focused, and community based.
As A Team We Aim To:

Support people to develop appropriate community links
Ensure rehabilitation is provided in an appropriate setting
